I signed up, but I can't make my time anymore, what do I do?
A friend can come in your place. Otherwise please make sure to cancel your time and/or find a new time that works so we can fill that spot.

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, bring a friend or partner! We are happy to fit both of you in your time slot. We do ask for a donation of $250 per person. Because of Covid safety we are asking that you bring only 1 person with you.

Can I get a child’s portrait taken?
For this fundraiser, we are only providing professional adult portraits. If this is a success, we’d love to do another fundraiser with kids!

I can’t make it, can I get a refund?
We are NOT directly taking donations. Donations are being given directly to the organizations. We are grateful if you can remove your name on the sign-up so we can fill that spot.

What is the Covid protocol?
All on-set volunteers will test the morning of the event. Participants are staggered so there will be no more than 5-7 people in the space at one time. Studio windows will be open and air purifiers and fans will provide ventilation. You can wear your mask and just take it off for your set shoot time.

I don’t need a portrait, but I want to contribute and help your event!
You can always give to an organization of your choice fighting for reproductive rights and abortion access! Just email us proof of your donation and we will add the amount to our giant thermometer at the event and it will help us reach our $20,000 goal.
We are also looking for beverages and snack donations for our volunteer team during the event, giveaways to everyone participating, or items and certificates for our raffle!
